This meant we had to fine alternative accommodation whilst travelling. As the room wasn't available through no fault of our own we thought we would get a refund but these guys refused to pay and held on to our money. Even after many emails and phone calla with hotels.com they kept ignoring us or refusing to pay. They are not decent...

Als ich dann um 18.00 Uhr angereist bin, habe ich keine Login-Daten erhalten. Da Sie keine Bestätigung der Zahlung des Portales erhalten haben!!! Ok: nachdem ich Screenshots an eine dubiose Telefonnummer gesendet habe... Sendeten Sie mir entlich eine Mail-Verbindung... Nach etwa 1.5 Std.-Aufwand für den Checking, wollte ich in der Tiefgarage parkieren. War besetzt......

"Staff was very professional, the hotel was very close to Luxembourg station with market nearby. It felt safe for a solo female traveler. They even came for housekeeping, which I did not expect for a 2-night stay. My only “complaint” was the size of the room. It was very small, and had no room to lay my suitcase, and definitely could not open it up completely. "

"There was a lot of building work going on outside the hotel which was a shame, but inside the hotel was lovely. Check in was very slow as there was only 1 person checking people in, which for a large hotel with a big event going on while we were there, isn't very good. Public transport in Luxembourg is free, and there is a very convenient bus stop outside the hotel to get into the city centre."

"My husband and I stayed for one night and it was truly a great experience. We ordered slippers and a bath robe late at night and room service brought it over very fast and were kind. Also, we ordered food from the restaurant at 21:30 and they brought the food warm and it tasted great. Would recommend this place to anyone. Affordable, clean, good service and amenities. "
