“Very nice and clean no frills motel for those on the road. We stayed there twice and were greeted by Sunny at the front desk and he was very friendly and answered all my questions about the area and were to get something to eat. When traveling through Berea we will most defiantly stay here again!”

“This "hotel" is approximately 28 units total. No elevators. The entire lower level is rented as housing units.(my best guess, subsidized housing) The place was filthy. There was, we believe, blood splatter on the bathroom door and it didn't shut. The bed skirts were filthy with what I suspect was mold. Floor and walls patched. Literally nowhere else around to go.
