후기가 너무 좋아서 예약했는데, 진짜 좋았어요. 친절한 메니저와 고급스런 조식, 깨끗하고 정돈된 방 모두 좋았어요. 무료주차에 구시가지와 가까운 거리, 신시가지로 바로 연결되는 도로도 좋았습니다. 메니져가 소개해준 구시가지에있는 레스토랑도 마음에 들었습니다. 2,3년 쯤 뒤에 또 방문할 계획이며 이 곳에 꼭 머물고 싶습니다.

Beautiful B&B, we had amazing time there! Historic building is well located, right in the old town. You can walk anywhere, great area. Rooms are very big with super high ceilings. Bathroom is also roomy, very nicely decorated. We found the whole building very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is in a beutiful room, you get everything you need in the morning. Monteo (owner) is very helpful and caring. I travelled with my 2 children from US, and he made our stay very comfortable.

Posizione strategica in una location da sogno
Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per una rapida visita a Bergamo. L'ubicazione è strategica per raggiungere a piedi la città alta e anche la città bassa. Molto apprezzato il fatto di avere il parcheggio gratuito a disposizione. Antica dimora è situata in un palazzo del '500 che lascia senza fiato. Scaloni imponenti, soffitti altissimi, saloni affrescati. Ci si sente catapultati piacevolmente in un'epoca da sogno. Qualche piccolo dettaglio da migliorare (il materasso non è dei migliori e anche la doccia ha qualche pecca). Pulizia ok e colazione gradevole per la varietà offerta. Lo consiglio e penso di ritornare.

Lost of character
Definitely recommend, great little place with lots of character. Feels like you really are in Italy, you don't get that with many of the chain hotels. Also within easy working distance of the old walled city. Mateo the host is great.

We dont quite understand the high ratings of this B&B (which was the reason why we choose it) The landlord was unusually controlling and suspicious of our movement. There was not sufficient lighting in the sitting area of the room to enable reading. There was no heating during the day - which made the room quite cold during (mid nov) There was substantioal noise from the cars in the street every morning and evening. There was not tranportion to and from the airport as stated in the written description on hotels.com

Dear Inge, your opinion makes me smile, because I was expecting it from two people like you who complain that the room was cold and did not turn on the hot air conditioning, which they ate in the room even though it is not allowed, which they took cutlery and dishes from the breakfast room even though it is not allowed outside of the breakfast hours, which left the room full of garbage and all dirty, which placed dirty things on the sofa even though there was written to be careful, since the sofa it's white. Who claim that there is no traffic in the city center, that they do not understand that the service to and from the airport is on request and for a fee. Yes you are right in saying that I looked at you with suspicion and attention, because I understood that you are people who do not respect the rules of a structure. Remember that to have respect, you must give respect !!! Good life!!!

A short walk to the old town
Mattel was very welcoming and helpful. Carrying our bags, ordering a taxi and providing a map. The 16th century building is beautiful. Quiet room overlooking the courtyard.

Fantastisk.
Veldig bra. Bygg fra ca 1600 med stor stil. Svært hyggelig og fantastisk service fra eier. Veldig bra parkering for bil. Trivelig miljø og atmosfære.

Väldigt fint hotell med stora rymliga rum och jättetrevlig personal. Gångavstånd till bergbanan upp till den äldre stan och nära till shoppinggatorna i nya. Säkert ställe att parkera bilen. Enda nackdelen var att det var lyhört för trafiken utanför.

The perfect base for visiting Bergamo
We chose to stay at this place when visiting Bergamo for a long weekend with friends and it was a great choice. The Antica Dimora is a bit outside of the High Town of Bergamo - 15 minutes walk or so - but benefits from being away from the bustle but well placed for both the older High Town and the well worth visiting Lower Town. The Antica Dimora is a small place full of charm and the host, Matteo, was really helpful. The breakfast was great and the rooms spacious and quiet, ours being on the inner courtyard side.

The hotel is very Central between old and new town. The location is great. Reception service is very limited. Breakfast is very good and in a stunning location. We enjoyed our big room, only downside were the very soft mattresses.

Incredibly charming and classy.
We stayed for one night in the royal suite and could not be happier. Mattheo is wonderfully helpful and service-minded in a genuine and subtle way,- allowing us space and autonomy. Very refreshing! The House is dreamy and wonderfully decorated and it really does succeed in bringing you back in time. Breakfast was delectable, served buffet-style in a quiet, gorgeously painted ball-room. We have rated this place highest rank, not because the standard of the rooms reflect an objective 5-Star rating, but because this place is truly special and unique and our experience was nothing but excellent.

Overnachten in een 17de eeuws paleis
Net voor middernacht waren we aangekomen en nadat we hadden gebeld heeft Matteo ons opgehaald bij de grote poort. Dit was ideaal want de vlucht was vanuit Eindhoven en we wilden twee nachten in Bergamo verblijven alvorens naar een congres voor vertalers te gaan die dit jaar in Brescia werd gehouden iets verder richting de Gardameer. We waren ook net op tijd om in een Beierse restaurant vijf minuten vandaan iets kleins te eten en te drinken voor dat we naar bed gingen. Nadat we goed hadden geslapen hebben we ontbijt kunnen eten in een pracht van een eetzaal in barokstijl was een mooie ervaring en omdat wij van zwarte thee met koude melk houden (op z'n Engels dus) was er alles aanwezig voor een verkwikkend kop thee. Heerlijke bramen, frambozen, zwarte bessen en aardbeien waren er voor in de muesli en lekker croissant met kaas en ham. Ideaal gesitueerd om naar de citta alta te lopen en prachtige schilderijen van Lorenzo Lotto uit de Renaissance te bewonderen hebben wij ons lekker kunnen vermaken een paar dagen in onbekend Bergamo.

Nice B&B Experience.
This is a bed and breakfast facility that differs quite a lot from a larger city hotel. It has a somewhat homey feel, not a shiny crispness. Our room in this historic palazzo was spacious, the bed comfortable and the furnishings antique and well maintained. The breakfast room is beautiful and first-rate with murals on the walls and very fine table settings. The cold breakfast buffet was very good. Most of the historic interest in Bergamo is in the upper old town. The good restaurants we ate in were also "up top". The walk to Bergamo Alta from this hotel takes about 30 minutes and is all uphill. We made the trek three times in two days and rode up once in a taxi. We were jubilant on our last walk down that it would be our last. You might consider a taxi, at least going up, even though they are a little hard to come by in Bergamo.

Historical setting in a great location.
We did not expect a private courtyard with parking facility. That was extremely helpful fir we had 2 large suitcase. It's location is a short walk to both old and new towns. With just 4 rooms, Antica Dimora felt atmospheric with beautiful painted rooms and large frescos that adorn ceilings and walls. The breakfast room was wonderful and the continental breakfast buffet was more than sufficient to set one up for a day of discovering the city. Host was helpful and pleasant, he was on hand to assist with needed information and wasn't intrusive.

A beautiful palazzo to stay in.
The palazzo which houses Antica Dimora is beautiful and tastefully furnished. It was quiet and peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of the sights in Bergamo, particularly Citta Alta, the old city. Matteo, the owner was very friendly and helpful, booking restaurants and taxis for us when needed. The breakfast buffet was very good, offering a range of items to suit all tastes.

Annorlunda men helt fantastisk upplevelse. Att bo i ett "slott" tillhör inte vanligheterna. Mkt trevligt bemötande. Schysst pris och bra frukost. Läget är dessutom helt perfekt. Parkering inne på slottsgården.

Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus und Zimmer ( 16.Jahrhundert ) speziell und sehr schön. Sehr sauber. Parking sicher im Innenhof und alles im Zentrum. Schöner Frühstücksraum mit allem was man zum frühstücken braucht. Gute Wahl
