Very clean hotel in great location from Airport, we checked in at 2am and it wasn’t a problem. Handy shuttle taxi to airport for only 5 euros, just remember to book in advance. Plenty busses from airport into central Milan. Recommend for late night flights into Bergamo

What a wonderful welcome by such lovely reception staff. I arrived after 9pm and was happily still served drinks and dinner. Shuttle to airport was on time and speedy. Such a great hotel super close to the airport.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, however the location is not the greatest to get to and from destinations. I spent a lot of money on transport and it was quite expensive. I can’t comment on the Spa as it was closed until the 27th September. The staff were friendly and provided good assistance.

Great hotel …but!

The winter gardens is a great hotel. Handy for the airport and even better that they have a shuttle service. The Restaurant and the staff were excellent also. But…at 3am or thereabouts a bunch of lads were out in the garden, no doubt going for a flight, I think they forgot that other people are trying to get to sleep also. we had been awake since 3am for. 9.40 am flight because of them.

Easily accessible and comfortable

Easily accessible hotel with comfortable rooms. We chose this hotel due to the accessible parking and close proximity to the airport and Bergamo. The rooms are a bit noisy due to thin walls. Everything else was as expected.
