Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The location was excellent, very close to the city center, and the size of the house with six bedrooms was also good. However, the overall condition of the house did not match what we expected based on the photos shown on the website.
The photos only show one bedroom and the living room, which are in acceptable condition, but the rest of the house—including the other five bedrooms, the kitchen, and the second bathroom—were older and in worse condition than the areas shown in the pictures. For example, there were rotten window frames in all the rooms in the house, the shower sink was not functioning properly, and there was visible dust and hair in some areas. The walls were also quite thin, so noise from other rooms was easily heard.
We had requested an extra sleeping mat about a month before check-in. At the time, we were told they would check with the local manager and see what they do help us with it. However, upon arrival, we were informed only after asking about it again and again that they could not provide it. This was disappointing, as it felt like the request was left open without a clear answer, which may have affected our ability to make alternative arrangements or reconsider the booking in advance.
Overall, while the location, size and price were positive, we were not fully satisfied with the condition of the property based on the photos they showed and the handling of our request.
