โThe service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall. โ
โThe location, concept, interior, service, etc. are fantastic.
In particular, the staff's proactive and professional response was excellent.
However, there were some problems with payment communication.
I did not hear any information that there was a limit to the amount of breakfast.
This is the first time I have seen a system that limits meal costs.
Some additional costs, such as drinks, were indicated on the invoice as lunch costs. We had problems communicating with each other a few times.โ
โWe were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank youโ
โGreat hotel. Expensive but quality and worth the money. Spa is fabulous but a shame the sauna/steam rooms are not mixed male and female. Location is good, particularly for Chelsea flower show and Harrodsโ
