“The shower was great and the bed was okay. We got a room with a hot tub and brown scum was floating in it. The floors had crumbs all over it and the room was dusty. The people above us were so noisy that I was exhausted the next day. They decided to fill their hot tub at 11 pm so our room was vibrating. There were people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and being loud. Overall, it was a nightmare and I would never stay there again.”

“The staff was friendly and my room was clean. I loved the breakfast options and although they weren’t fancy, it was good and convenient. I took one star off because on the last night I found one cockroach in my bathroom. I took care of him and didn’t see any more. He probably came out of the drain in the shower as I accidentally reserved a stay in a first floor accessible suite. Overall it was a decent experience.”

“We had a great room, fantastic location, quiet, private, beautiful lake view. The building floor plan is hard to navigate, especially if you have a long way to go with luggage. Better signage would help. Also I had no idea you are aligned with Choice, as a Gold member, it was disappointing not to take advantage of the discounted rates. I spoke to someone at the front desk, they were able to give me the rewards I am entitled to as a member. I feel the Choice alliance could be promoted more.”

“I was subject to a scam here, booked through Expedia but charged more than double on arrival - did provide any invoice! Just charged my card. Expedia said it was a SCAM as they had not agreed to a rate change. Action underway.
Room basic but have to put used toilet paper into a bin by the loo! Nothing to be flushed! Plus loads of rules and regulations with fines for no compliance.
Nothing wrong with this place that a bulldozer could not put right.”
