Booked this hotel for a 2 night stay in Berlin. Cost was excellent and parking was free but has limited spaces. Only when using google maps it came to light this was a hostel. This was event when we checked in as a mixture of ages were staying in the property. The bathroom was outside the room in a separate foyer. Luckily it wasn’t a shared facility. Best part was hostel was located close to Gefangniskrankenhaus hohenchonhausen an old prison during the communist period definitely worth a visit. Overall a pleasant stay but if I’d have known it was a hostel I would have reconsidered booking.

Nice and neat hostel with lively people around the reception area. Playing music, snooker pool and others. It has a lot of young Gen Z who make it a lovely place. I loved my 3 nights stay definitely going back.

Kitchen facility is inadequate for the size of hostel and number of people wanting to use it. It is accessed through getting a key and is a small galley kitchen- suitable for one family/person to cook at a time but when I used it, 3 other groups also wanted to do so. It is not possible to pop in and get something into the fridge or cook and then do you dishes later (freeing it up for someone else to use it while you eat) as you have to pay a deposit to get the key. Freindly enough staff.

The room is clean. The hotel is old and worn as there are many guests here. The location is very convenient, super close to metro and bus. You can walk to supermarkets. The staff is nice and busy all the time. The check-in and check-out have to be done on the machine. It is a bit clunky. The room is smaller than in the photo. It is good for value and short term stay.

Wonderful couple of nights in Berlin

Great stay in this hostel for a couple of nights. The ambiance is great, very lively. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms clean. The staff are friendly, I had no issue getting help and they were ready to go out of their way to help me out. I loved my stay here, I highly recommend this hostel.
