Limehouse Berlin Malmöer Str.
Beskrivelsen av rommet synes vi stemte bra overens med virkeligheten. Når vi fikk lest fremgangsmåten for å komme inn i leiligheten var dette også godt forklart. Rommet var rent og ryddig. Beliggenheten utfra vårt opphold i Berlin var perfekt. Det trakk litt fra ytterdøren og med minusgrader ute ble det kaldt i inngangspartiet/kjøkkenet. Her kunne det med fordel vært en varmeovn. Savnet forøvrig noen engelsktalende TV-kanaler. Men totalt sett veldig godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Det var forøvrig også greit å finne parkering i nærheten av hotellet, men det kan være pga. juletiden da det er en del som har reist bort fra byen.

Nur zu empfehlen
Es war sehr schön , würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Hatte anfangs probleme mit dem einchecken , war etwas kompliziert und das parken eine Katastrophe. Aber man ist es ja von Berlin gewohnt. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder.

Primeflats- apartments im Arnimkiez- Oikein hyvä!
Primeflats-apartments im Arnimkiez oli mielestämme oikein hyvä asunto. Kauppa ja metroasema olivat kävelyetäisyydellä, samoin monia muita palveluita löytyi pienen kävelymatkan päästä. Asunto oli kompakti ja siisti. Sänky ja keittonurkkaus olivat hyvät samoin kuin wc-tilat suihkuineen. Asunnossa oli puhtaat pyyhkeet, liinavaatteet, riitävä määrä wc-paperia sekä perus keittiö- ja siivousvälineet muttei esim. suihkugeeliä tai samppoota. Myös esim. suola ja mausteet kannattaa muistaa pakata mukaan, mikäli kokkailee itse. Asunnossa oli paljon ikkunapintaa, mutta pimennysverhot olivat hyvät ja riittävät ainakin joulukuussa. Wi-Fi yhteys toimi asunnossa hyvin. Seutu oli turvallisen ja siistin oloinen sekä hiljainen. Kommunikointi firman henkilökunnan kanssa toimi hyvin. Suosittelemme tätä majoitusta!

It takes 10 -15 mins to go to the apartment from the metro. There is a supermarket on the way. The apartment is just as described in the web, room is clean with all necessary facilities there. However, the password given by the staff is wrong, so I have to call the staff for correct password to get the key.

Soggiorno piacevole, bella zona, Appartamento spazioso, confortevole e pulito. Unico neo il parcheggio a pagamento . Verificare con la struttura il codice di accesso alla cassaforte, il nostro era sbagliato.

Great location terrible service
The place is clean and well kept. Bed fairly comfortable, kitchen useful and bathroom fine. Location is great, quiet part of berlin which is hard to find. Important to know if you're travelling alone all the exterior walls are see through glass and the main door is glass which was fine for us. The main issues were with service. I was never instructed how to enter the apartment/hotel and so had to make several international calls over several hours in order to figure out how to even enter. Despite this and wifi issues Which I emailed to the company direct and Expedia I was never contacted. I sent several emails and never got a response. Made several calls never returned. Very disappointed. I was never checked in on. Place is good overall but I found the service to be terrible.

Could not get access!
Firstly, no body bothered to tell us that we had to find the key safe, nor gave us the pin number to access it. So we turned up and after 15 mins luckily someone told us that there was a key safe and opened it up to reveal our keys in an envelope with my name on it. I had phoned the number on my hotels.com paperwork but it just rang and wasn't answered. So that is why I have given a poor service score. After a 5 hour journey it was not the best start to our stay in Berlin. Other than that the apartment was clean and reasonably comfortable. No instructions for the Amazon prime TV so it was try and figure it out for yourself. Local area has a recycling centre next door, a bit noisy but that was all. Watch out for dog dirt on the pavements. No the owners fault. Local area has great transport connections to all of Berlin via S-Bahn. Gesundbrunnen has shops and Aldi and Lidl are both a short walk. Berlin Wall (Mauer) used to run close by so a pleasant walk along the Mauerweg across the railway bridge, takes you to a park which has a brilliant flea market on Sundays. Local restaurants are mostly Vegan so we struggled to get something with meat. I would use again but the owners or Hotels.com need to up there game regarding the access arrangements.

Uns hat gestört, dass das Zimmer sehr eng war und keineswegs dem Foto in Ihren Unterlagen ähnelte. Das jeweilige Bett konnte kaum von der Seite erreicht werden. Und dann war trotz Nebenstrasse der Verkehr wegen Müllfahrzeugen sehr laut. Die Beschreibung über das Aktivieren des Fernsehers war sehr dürftig. TV konnte auch von unseren Freunden nicht in Gang gesetzt werden ,und WLAN funktionierte nicht. Es waren nur 3 Kleiderbügel im Schrank. Die Waschbeckerarmaturen sollten gängiger gemacht werden. Service nicht bewertet, da für uns nicht sichtbar.

grösse eher klein war bekannt, Bad ok, Kücheneinrichtung/Geschirr nicht sauber. Appartement ist sehr abgenutzt, fleckige Wände, Böden, TV behelfsmässig montiert. Sehr ringhörig (andere Gäste), Lage, ÖV ok.

Es un apartamento muy espacioso y muy bonito y estaba muy limpio. Parece que está un poco alejado del centro, pero una vez estás allí, son solo 20min en transporte público. El personal estupendo, nos han dejado mapas y folletos con información interesante de la ciudad.

Spacious room in quit area
Very nice room in a quit area. The no-staff check-in was very easy and efficient. We really enjoyed the non-turisted location, but expect 10 min walk to center of Prenzlauer Berg and to public transportation to Berlin center. Would like to stay there again

Tolles Apartment - leider etwas laut.
Das Apartment ist super, aufgeteilt in Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad u. kleiner Küche und bietet alles, was man braucht. Das Einchecken via SMS war auch sehr unkompliziert. Leider war der normale Straßenlärm ziemlich laut (Kopfsteinpflaster auf der einen Seite und viel befahrene Hauptstraße auf der anderen Ecke), so dass bei offenen Fenster schlafen nicht möglich war und sogar bei geschlossenen Fenstern hörbar war.

Schönes Appartement sehr guter Service
Direkt vor dem Appartement gibt es einige Parkplätze, mit Glück und abhängig von der Uhrzeit sind auch welche frei. Die U Bahn ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr gut fände ich den Service per Telefon. Gerne wieder

Pessima esperienza. Ho prenotato e pagato x 3 persone 5 giorni ma in realtà c'era un solo letto matrimoniale x 2 e in uno spazio ristrettissmo. Ho fatto presente via mail la cosa (non esiste la reception, ti lasciano la chiave in una cassetta) ma non si è fatto vivo nessuno per tutta la durata del soggiorno e ne' si sono degnati di rispondermi. Mi meraviglio di Expedia con cui mi affido spesso per prenotare ma questa volta mi avete fatto spendere male i soldi e senza ricevere un adeguato servizio.

Spacious apartment
The apartment is big with high ceilings, a decent kitchen that was had utensils and the apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable however I found the pillows in my apartment to be quite lumpy. The TV had netflix and amazon prime so i was happy staying in doors when it rained.

Sentralt i Prenzlauer Berg
Jeg var to netter i Prenzlauer Berg. Leiligheten ligger svært sentralt, nært Schönhauser Allée stasjon. Enkelt å komme hit fra Schönefeld. Kort vei til butikker, restauranter og utesteder, og rett ved Mauerpark.

Für einen Aufenthalt inmitten der Prenzelbergszene gut geeignet. Alles wichtige ist zu Fuß oder per U-Bahn schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Aktuell (April 2017) ist es im Wohnzimmer extrem laut, da eine Hauptstraße umgeleitet wurde, das ist aber laut Berliner Einheimischer normalerweise nicht so. Die Wohnung war nicht wie vereinbart um 14:00 Uhr bezugsfertig, da der arme Kerl wohl alleine mehrere Wohnungen aufbereiten musste, aber das ist ja der typische Sparmodus heutiger Unternehmen. Wir waren insgesamt aber sehr zufrieden (2 Erw., 2 Kinder).

Lovely apartment close to local shops & transport
The bedroom is quite small however having a big lounge makes up for that. The bathroom is lovely and spacious and the neighbours are very quiet and respectful.There's a great place for breakfast on the weekends right opposite and a great pub just down the road from there.

Fit for purpose, but too far out..
Clean, conveniently apartment with all we needed - comfortable bed, clean bathroom with efficient shower., and an adequately equipped kitchen/dining area. Unfortunately it was located at an hour and a half's walk from the main sightseeing area. There is public transport, but we like to walk and it was just a bit far. Had we not booked the shuttle taxi from the airport which also took the stress out of the very impersonal method of acquiring the apartment keys, we would have had no direct personal contact with any staff member E-mail and phone contact details were provided for emergencies Despite the distance from the centre and the lack of any reception facility we did enjoy the apartment.

Gut eingerichtetes Appartement, aber sehr laut!
Die Nähe zur U-Bahn Station Schönhauserallee und zur S-Bahn Station Bornholmerstrasse ist ideal. Von dort fahren sehr oft Züge. Berlin als Stadt haben wir als sehr interessant erlebt.
