Nice budget hotel in a great location. Lots of tea in the room and nice body wash. Breakfast was expensive but had a large variety of options so I still paid for it multiple times. Navigation around the city was very easy, due to the proximity to Hackescher Markt station. The Vietnamese place next door is quite good, if you’re looking for something nearby.

I wish there were more light in the room. We had to open the closet to get an extra light, but other than that, it was amazing. Well located. Bar and restaurant are very nice! Highly recommend.

The hotel is located next to Hackescher Markt which was fantastic. Access to the s bahn is very close as are the museums. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a good stay

The location is amazing, the room is small but clean. The only thing I did not like was the very low light in the room. At time hard to see things. We did self checking and check out which was very smooth and easy to do. The only time I had interaction with staff was when I called for extra pillow, the answer was that they had only one, he offered blankets. However, he refused those to be delivered to room and in a rude way told me that it is not his job and if I ask for a service !!!! I should go get it myself. I have traveled for my work for more than 20 years and never had to do this. It is unfortunate that customer service is hotel is being sacrificed by going full digital and reducing staff. I don’t go back to this place

Great access to public transportation and major sights and is centrally located. The decor is very dark and the lighting in the tools is very poor. Breakfast is good but expensive. Several options less than 5 minutes away at Kackensacker Market. Air conditioning not.bad for Europe and did manage the current heat wave. Overall OK 3 star mid priced property and is a bit overrated on the Expedia website.

Excellent location in the heart of Berlin. Clean, modern room, comfortable beds. Bathtub height was unusually tall and stepping over and out of the shower onto the floor could be challenging or dangerous for many people, including older guests or people with mobility issues. Did not care for self- check in feature, but a kind staff person was right there to assist so it was not a problem
