An sich war das Hotel bzw. das Zimmer sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch perfekt. Allerdings ist das Hotel und insbesondere das Personal die reinste Katastrophe. Wir hatten bereits im Juni ein 3 Einzelbettzimmer gebucht. Dort angekommen bekamen wir ein winziges 2 Hochbettzimmer (Klassenfahrt-Feeling) was bei drei erwachsenen Frauen einfach nicht funktioniert. Daraufhin wurde uns vom Personal, welches absolut inkompetent war, gesagt, dass ein Fehler vorliege und es keine freien Zimmer mehr gäbe. Alles schön und gut, Fehler können jedem mal passieren, aber uns wurde nicht Mal eine alternative angeboten bzw. war das Personal extrem umkooperativ und hat sich nicht mal bemüht, irgendwas zu machen. Am nächsten Tag sagte uns die unfreundlichste Managerin, die wir je kennengelernt haben, dass wir ja froh sein können, überhaupt ein Bett zu haben. Im großen und ganzen kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen, es sei denn, man hat Lust auf Jugendherberge.

Great location, handy for reaching the main station quickly, also only a short walk from various main attractions. Various options for food and drinks close by. The staff were very open and friendly. The room was pleasant and comfortable with everything we needed.

Nice hostel/hotel type property with nice staff. I had an issue contacting them to change my arrival which could have ended badly. I had to pay for the extra day even though they weren’t actively trying to keep my reservation. Would have rented the room had I not shown up early the second day. The person I spoke to in their call center (Ted) didn’t do anything he said he would do.

Problematische Frühstückssituation

Es ist verständlich, dass aufgrund der Corona-Auflagen im Frühstücksraum weniger Plätze zur Verfügung stehen und dies bei hoher Ausbuchung zu Problemen führt. Wenn man aber bei der Buchung des Frühstücks vom Personal am Empfang nicht mitgeteilt hat, dass man nur 30 Minuten Frühstückszeit zur Verfügung hat und diese Zeit exakt zur vorgegebenen Zeit beginnt, ist es schon ärgerlich. Wir hatten nur 15 Minuten für das Frühstück (und das als Familie). Das (freundliche) Personal im Frühstücksraum verweist auf einen Fehler der Rezeption. Diese wiederum können auch nichts ändern. Und so bezahlt man knapp 8 € pro Person für ein heruntergeschlungenes (halbes) Frühstück...

Die Raumaufteilung des Bildes bei der Buchung (2 Level) entsprach nicht dem, was wir dann bekommen haben. Nach der ersten Nacht wurden zwar die Mülleimer gelehrt aber die Krümel lagen immer noch auf dem Boden herum. Dass keine Kochgelegenheit in der 1-Raum-Wohnung war, kann ein Missverständnis meinerseits gewesen sein... aber wenigstens ein Kühlschrank wäre nett gewesen. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer. Mit 5-6 Leuten in der Wohnung schon beengt. Komischer Geruch. Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Das nächste Parkhaus 20 Laufminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das beste war das schöne starke Internet!

Sehr sauber. Leider wurde von Expedia nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es nur begrenzte Parkplätze gibt und dadurch, dass sie schon vergeben wirden mussten wir nachts nach einem Parkplatz suchen. Wir wollten ein ruhiges Zimmer für 3 ( mit einem Kind). Das Zimmer war top!☀️ Das Personal ist sehr kompetent, freundlich- gern würden wir wieder kommen.

Obwohl Frühstück gewüscht, war dies aufgrund "Corona" nicht möglich - leider! Obwohl in Hotelbeschreibung "Parkmöglichkeit" angegeben, war keine vorhanden und man mußte sich eine in den Nebenstraßen mit Parkschein suchen oder weiter weg fahren in ein Parkhaus.
