"Hotel and room were clean. Staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Breakfast had decent options and the food was good/fresh. Location was a little outside the city center, but located right next to the train station. "

Only negative is what’s the point of those stupid auto check in machines, they are fiddly to use , and they don’t issue keys… so you then have to queue again to collect your key at the desk. "Had a great stay in one of the refurbished rooms (design). Bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows and crisp white sheets. Shower room excellent and clean. Communal areas are good, can't understand why some other reviews say different. There are vending machines for cold drinks, snacks and coffee which I found very useful. The staff were all helpfull. Breakfast is excellent, especially the service from Ali and the very lovely Ofelia, always with a smile, thank you."
