“Unkompliziert, modern und bequem”

“Perfect accommodation for me. Very nice employees. Thank you all staff!”

“Room was clean and tidy. The only inconvenience I stayed at this hotel was that I had to wait until 7:10am when I arrived in Berlin in the morning because there was no staff from 11pm to 7am, and it was difficult to keep to luggage. If you can speak German, it should be no problem because there is contact number that you can contact all day. But I cannot speak German at all and call someone in Germany so I had to wait about 30 minutes.”

Also you will get 2 bottles of mineral water (NOT sparkling, again not sparkling), which is very rare in EU countries. There are washing machine, iron for your clothes, and dishwasher, small...

“Very kind host”

“There were enough cooking utensils, and I think it was a good accommodation for the price. Our family of four was able to stay comfortably without feeling cramped.”

“Our stay exceeded our expectations! The room was huge and we loved the free gym access!”

“Good overall. However, no way of talking to a human if any issues. Breakfast disappointing”

“I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel. During the entire stay, my room was never cleaned even once. When I asked the cleaning staff, I was told that my room was “not scheduled for cleaning,” and if I wanted it cleaned, I had to call a small phone number posted near the door. I called that number, but it turned out to be a disconnected line. I then tried to reach support through the app, but it only connected me to an AI chatbot, which was...
