Staff very helpful but was unable to reach them by phone after 3 attempts and even left a message. Lady at check in (Shanas) very helpful and provided a map of city and metro. Nobody was at reception , nobody answered the phone or reacted to our messages . We had to book another hotel and have asked Expedia to open a case for a refund .
