All of the staff were very helpful and knowledgable and spoke fluent English. The breakfast was perfect and again nothing was too much trouble. We used the Spa facilities and found them very relaxing and exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful time here and we will be visiting Berlin again next year and staying here. Cost wise, it was reasonable and also perfectly situated near the Center for sightseeing. Many thanks, Chris & Kath.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was convenient, and all the amenities were exactly as described.
