"Lage war perfekt, da wir mit dem Zug gekommen sind. Auch Haltestelle der U-Bahn U6 ist dort. Es war sauber, ist noch alles neu. Bett sehr gut. Einzig vielleicht zu verbessern wäre, dass sich der Vorgang vor die geöffnete Balkontür ziehen lässt. Weil das Bett direkt davor steht und man keinen Sicht Schutz hat. Auch kippen geht fast nicht mit Vorhang vor. Und somit ist es nicht gut möglich, die Türe offen lassen. Kapsel Kaffeemaschine war dort, Wasserkocher. Lift ebenfalls."

"The property was in a good location during the day, there is the opportunity to see real Vienna being out the city center. Arriving at night as a solo female traveller wasn't ideal in this area, it feels very dark and the streets are extremely quiet. Its a good 10 min walk from the train station so google maps its essential. The appartment was easy to access with the information given by the host, it was very clean and had everthing you would need for a comfortable stay self catering. "

"The room was great, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint is lack of aircon but I know that's an Austrian cultural thing. Also the house keepers twice let themselves into my room without notice. Just knocked and came right in. Once I was nude lol... whatever, I'm a man but if I were a woman I would have been upset."

"The location was good, slightly further from the main central area (around a 40-minute walk or 15-minute metro ride). The nearest metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, and the tram stop is about 10 minutes away. This distance can be a benefit, as the area felt less busy and noisy than the city centre. It is also only a 6-minute walk to Vienna’s main train station, which is convenient for day trips or travelling to other countries. Being outside the cobblestone-heavy areas also made it much easier to move luggage around on flat ground. There were plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby, which added to the convenience. Check-in was simple once we realised the attachment in the message was actually the link to complete online check-in and access the building and room. There is no reception or on-site staff, but all necessary information is provided, and lockers are available for luggage before and after check-in/out. It would be helpful to clearly state in the message that the attachment is the check-in link, especially given the prevalence of booking-related scams. The room itself was spacious and clean. One minor improvement would be to provide coat hangers in the wardrobe. Overall, we would recommend this place and would stay here again when visiting Vienna."

"The room and the property are fine. The issues we had was that I booked two nights in a row in 2 different reservations and highlighted that to the staff, who was polite but somehow did not program the key correctly. On the second day we went out, the key did not work. We had to go back to reception to re-program the key. When we got back in, the room was not made (we mainly just need a couple of towels). We called down and the a staff delivered the towels. But at 3 pm, someone tried to clean the room, by knocking on the door and immediately used their access key to open the door when we were taking a nap. I think the team did not communicate well with each other and things are not streamlined properly."

"Bonne literie, bon lit et oreillers. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel aimable. Et vraiment bien situé, certain tram en face de l'hôtel et tram et métro à 5 minutes de marche a la gare de l'Ouest . De là on va partout dans la ville. Et le boulevard de l'hôtel à quelques minutes à pied magasins et boutiques. Nous avons été très heureux de notre choix"
