Beds were comfy, breakfast (included in my stay) was awesome, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing but kind and helpful. "The name says it all. When you stay here, you feel like you are staying in a palace. On the outside, it is far away the most magnificent building in Murren. The inside is even better, tastefully and magnificently decorated. The staff is excellent, and the sauna in the spa area is not to be missed. Finally, the dining room is dramatic and the food, particularly the extravagant breakfast, is hard to beat."

"Beautiful views of the mountains. Wonderful spa. Directly across from the train station (no noise) and adjacent to all the shopping. Staff was superb. The only downside is the restaurant bar seems to be closed so in the evening you had to go to a different property for entertainment. "
"3rd floor has great views of JUNGFRAU. The location is excellent as it is just beside the Grindelwald Terminal ( no noise from trains at all). Very clean and modern looking interior."
