The room was clean and had everything I needed-the view of the Massena street, a comfortable bed, a stove, fridge and a microwave. "The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"Daily breakfast was wonderful. For the amount that we paid, service was subpar. In Italy, for this caliber of hotel, the staff all knew our names and greeted us daily by name. Here, they were often unable to get our breakfast order correct.. the all you can eat buffet saved it though, excellently prepared food with lots of fruits and fruit drinks. Gym was mediocre, but with the proximity to the promenade it was ok, since we were able to run 5-10k daily outside anyway. All in all, the hotel would be better priced at 300-600$/night max! Not worth over 1k/night, decently not worth the 2k+/night price we paid!"
