I booked online via Wotif, but entered the incorrect dates for my intended stay. 100% my fault. I immediately contacted the staff at Cottonwood, who said that they could not refund it, but I could re-book it for a different date provided that I e-mailed them to organise it. I sent several follow-up e-mails, to which I did not receive a reply. I rang their office again, but it continued to go to voicemail.
I did not end up getting my stay - despite having paid for it. Very disappointing.
I've stayed there before, and as such my rating of room cleanliness and comfort is based on that stay. They have significant issues with hot water (as many of the 'affordable' alpine motels do) and the rooms are very small. Overall they are good for skiers on a budget.
