"I made a last minute reservation to stay at this hotel after I had been driving for 10 hours. When I got to the hotel, there had been a mixup and there was no room available but the front desk associate was awesome. Her name is Krista and her peer, who came in while the mixup was going on and helped to assist her, is named Haven. I manage a customer service team and I would hire either of them in a heartbeat. They found a room for me, did some last-minute cleanup and took care of everything. They are awesome. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was beautiful. I would stay here again without a second thought."

"It would be beneficial to add more breakfast food items for individuals with different dietary needs etc. It could help to provide more protein rich foods and lower carb options. Thank you."

"We were woken up at 2:30 am by a horrible load screech followed by a bang. It was our AC unit that didn’t work after that. Wasn’t able to fall back to sleep so woke my family up to leave and head home. When I told the front desk at checkout he was unfazed and just said “oh sorry”. I was too tired to fight or argue at that point. This was our first time staying there, we usually stay nearby at a different place but figured we’d try a new spot. We will not back here again"

"Parking is very tight but free. Dated property. A but musty but Clean room. Go somewhere else for Bar and cocktails. No quiet relax room at spa; instead, a lobby with chairs. Excellent housekeeping and one male front desk person who is top notch customer service professional. Sunday brunch wasn’t bad for the price. "
