“La photo du château est trompeuse, car nous avons été logés dans un autre bâtiment. Sur l’ensemble le site est joli. Toutefois le contact pour l’arrivé difficilement joignable au téléphone. De plus la salle de bain il n’y a qu’une baignoire d’angle qui, avec la sous pente ne permet pas de prendre une douche debout ou alors il faut mesurer 1,50 m et rien pour accrocher le pommeau. Résultat prendre une douche à genou n’est pas des plus confortable.”

“Sehr nette Gastgeber, gutes Frühstück. Café war sehr lecker. Parken neben am Haus mit Garage. 5 Minuten zum Strand und zu den Restaurants. Immer wieder gerne.”

“Basically a nice hotel but a few details need attention: spacious room but heating totally inadequate and had to borrow an additional heater from reception. Room was very cold when we checked in. Need to ditch the paper cups in bathroom and replace with proper glasses. Lack of furniture in room and clothes storage space very limited. Why no wardrobe? Service in restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner was ridiculously slow. Meal took 3 hours! There's no excuse for this, especially as it was a set...

“Nous avons séjourné une nuit et tout était parfait, literie au top, propreté, très bon accueil du personnel, très calme, avec un super vue sur le port vraiment rien à redire. Nous reviendons sans doute l'année prochaine 😄 sans aucune hésitation ..... ”

“Although the landlady did all what was possible, the description on Hotels.com of the accommodation offered was highly misleading. Firstly, it is not a hotel, so the reservations are not monitored, and thus our arrival at the doorstep of the house was completely unexpected. Despite the system accepting a booking online, you need to ring to check if anybody is home. There are simple rooms available in an annex building, which are basic (eg. no TV, or other comforts), it seemed suitable for summer...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Maison au Fils Temp. A charming property a short drive away from Amiens. A perfect stop to explore the Somme area, ahead of our LeShuttle journey home to the UK. Sylvie and Nicolas were such kind and thoughtful hosts. We had a delicious 3 course dinner both nights at the property. Very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend a stay here.”
