"Personnel très accueillant, au petits soins, Clermont a été particulièrement serviable, je tenais à l'en remercier ici. "Excellent hotel. but needs to give proper training to front office staff and probably the hotel Manager himself. Bit slow checkin-check out process. The laundry section spoiled my clothes but compensated for it.
