I was in town for meetings at the a university. There’s a bus to campus nearby but its also a pleasant 30 minute walk. There’s the older part of town nearby with plenty of restaurants. I’d describe the hotel as completely adequate. Smallish rooms but all fine.

The rooms are ok but not very fresh. No ironing board in the room or service available. Also not possible to buy refreshments or a minibar.

Ligt heeft wel een beurt nodig super traag. En spiegel op badkamer alleen voor grote mensen! Hangt veel te hoog of grotere spiegel op hangen, zodat ook kleinere volwassenen iets meer kunnen zien dan hun kruin.

Een congreshotel.... en dat merk je in het weekend
Hier een nacht verbleven. Een hotel dat zich denk ik voornamelijk richt op congressen en bijeenkomsten en daardoor minder geschikt voor een weekend. Vriendelijke service maar in het weekend redelijk leeg. Dan moet je nog wel eens op zoek om bij iemand een kop koffie te kunnen bestellen. Doordat het zo leeg was nodigde het ook niet uit om er te blijven zitten. Daardoor heb ik er ook niet gegeten. Dan de kamers, ik had een een persoonskamer en die was klein. In de badkamer nauwelijks ruimte om te bewegen. Daarnaast was er geen airco op de kamers waardoor het oncomfortabel slapen dus in deze warme periode. Het gezellige centrum van Wageningen is overigens binnen enkele minuten loopafstand dus daar vindt je wat meer levendigheid.

Hotel was goed. Kamer groot genoeg voor 1 persoon. Alleen jammer dat het ontbijt zo duur is. Maak dat goed koper of doe het bij het bedrag.

Een hotel op loopafstand van een busstation en een bioscoop/binnenstad wat goed onderhouden is. Hoewel de badkamer wat krap aanvoelt, is dit bijna niet noemenswaardig te noemen. Goed bed, goed personeel, goed om 1 nacht te overnachten.

Jammer dat de badkamer verouderd is. 2 losse bedden voor een koppel is gewoon niet fijn. De lift stonk enorm naar zweetlucht.. Ontbijt aan de dure kant.

I went to Wageningen for a course at the university for one week (5 days). The bus station was conveniently reachable and hotel and the downtown area offer various options to eat out. The staff at the desk was always friendly and helpful and offered to tell me how to get to the university. I had booked a very small single room, but it was nice and clean every day. The view from my hotel room was on the hotel roof and the street, on the other side, I would have seen some water. On the ground floor of the Hotel are a very nice Restaurant and a nice public area with sofas, armchairs, tables and plants. I met with some fellow students in that area every day. We were impressed by the strong-looking basil growing in a showcase there.

noisy plumbing
staff friendly however hotel is tired in the rooms also the plumbing is terribe - woke up in the middle of the night with what sounded like a flood coming through the wall. Suspect this was all the upstairs rooms drainage pipework walls are also very thin so all in all a bad nights sleep

Old bones and friendly staff
An oldish hotel, painted and repainted to look kinda fresh. My room had the floor fuse box right over the pillows of my bed, which was not terribly inviting. Imagined having the janitor having to enter the room in the middle of the night to fix stuff. Had a peek and the fuses looked 40 years old, and were not reassuring sight as a fire hazard. Lightbulbs/lamps didn't work and the elevator was easily beaten by walking the floors. The staff in the reception area were wonderful, though. Professional, friendly and helpful - with a smile! The staff at breakfast might just be overworked and understaffed, but they seemed to be trying their best for the guests.

Alles super gepflegt, sehr nettes Personal, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel vorhanden, sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Nur das Bad - zumindest in meinem Zimmer - ist sehr klein.

Relatively nice hotel, it would be "decent" if the price was not so high . In general, the rooms are small, the beds quite uncomfortable (mini single beds), the room is very hot , bathroom small and uncomfortable, and the staff is quite disapointing. Just as an example, there was no way of asking for some ice... Conclusion: NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Mixed experience
Many times the service was good and friendly, at other times decidedly unfriendly. Things agreed between WICC and myself over email two months prior to my stay had not registered with WICC and caused misunderstandings. It points to a lack of procedures that could ensure that information is transferred from one employee to another
