Everything Good Except Our Room

The Mercure staff were excellent, as was the breakfast. The garage was great. Our room, however, was extremely small...we were not sure how the Mercure Bezier qualified as a three star hotel.

Hotel facade is a bit run down. When facing hotel, confusion if it is an Ibis Budget or Mercure. Room is very compact, but clean and it does the job. Hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Given limited options in Beziers, worth considering. To note, about 20 min walk (up hill) from train station.

Les chambres sont correctes. Cependant ne pas allumer le chauffage alors que la chambre est réservée à l’avance sous prétexte d’écologies (économie) me laisse perplexe. Car 16,5° c’est limite. L’écologie à bon d’eau Hélas à cause de travaux la selle de petits déjeuners éphémère est limité et avec de la nourriture de base et là encore tiré à l’économie Decu pour un Ibis Styles.

MERCURE BÉZIERS VERY BAD TRIP

Très mal accueilli à l’arrivée Hôtel sale (sols, ascenseur, chambre) Chambre très petite avec de la M…. sur le mur des wc, la porte de la douche ne ferme pas donc inondation après la douche, la climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit donc obligé de l’éteindre pour essayer de dormir malgré la chaleur dans la chambre Et impossible de garer notre véhicule dans le parking de l’hôtel car travaux devant l’entrée donc obligé de décharger complètement la voiture (pour 1 nuit) et essayer de trouver une place la une rue J’ai appelé avant de réserver car c’était plus confortable pour nous mais personne nous a informé des travaux
