Book Premier Classe in Lyon which was brilliant so this one was not as good. No WI-FI reception did not know what to do and the breakfast at 8.50 consisted of bread and one Croissant, no English tea and no English TV channels.

I was asked for my credit card details to use “as a deposit” in case of problems with my room after I’d paid the room charge. My credit card now shows a charge of 311€ for no reason and I would like a refund as my room was left in good order. The bed was only adequate, the room was the usual standard size for this hotel chain (not very big) the breakfast was expensive considering the limited choice.

Dans l'ensemble la chambre était propre mais nous n'avions pas de serviettes de bain et plus personne à 24h pour en demander. La clime ne marchait pas. Le petit déjeuné est simple et bien ( café,jus, thé, pain,croissant, confiture, yaourt, choco...)

C’est un première classe donc on ne s’attends pas non plus au grand luxe. C’est à dire on connaît les petites chambres et la salle de bain minuscule avec le rideau de douche qui colle à la peau. Mais là,le joint de la porte en vrac qui pendouille et donc ne fait plus son boulot d’isolation. Résultat,impression d’être sur la route avec cette circulation incessante même de nuit. Le rideau qui pendouille aussi et hop l’impression d’être en plein jour même à 1h. Ne pas oublier les bouchons d’oreille et le bandeau pour les yeux…bref vraiment pas terrible.
