Overall very good hotel to stay for short work stay in the heart of town. Good restaurants within walking distance from hotel. Bit noisy in the front rooms due to main road. Manager Gladwyn was very helpful and so were other staff."

Rooms were not clean, Roaches all over the room, No water bottles placed even if you call and ask for water will take atleast 30 mins. Location is was ok ok. Hope Expedia reviews this property before listing them. I checked out 2nd night since it was horrible"

"Avoid going during the wedding season when guests come in dozens and you become a part of a loud Indian wedding whether you like it or not. The employees are much much better at service than their big metro counterparts. They treat you as if you are staying in their homes. Particularly at the breakfast buffet. "

"I would have rated OK (average) ie you get what you pay for. Facilities, convenience, hotel staff etc is good. My reasons for disappointment : a) I had to change rooms twice in 4 days - plumbing and other issues b) Cleanliness/hygiene an issue - saw a rat in their restaurant c) Took 30 mins to check out because room was booked through expedia - I could have missed my flight !"
