“The room was very clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Food left for us was much appreciated and everything we needed really. Staff member on at the weekend was very personable and most helpful when we enquired about public transport, etc. Hotel was in a very convenient place for us as we had to go to a concert at Blenheim. We had a very nice stay overall, would definitely return.”

“Great price and value but reflected in overall condition of room. Liked clean and fresh linen, well stocked courtesy tray. But lumpy mattress and cramped bathroom spoiled the fundamental experience.”

“Fantastic cosy room. Lovely shower , comfy bed. The check in is via phone and a key safe . The room was well stocked and very clean. Main problem is the doors to rooms don’t have quiet closing so when the ignorant other guests go in and out there is constant slamming of doors. We stayed in the room with exposed beams and it was very well thought out . Good for walking holiday due to location.”

“This older home was well maintained and comfy. It was close to the centre of Banbury and down the hill to Banbury Cross and the statue of the lady on the horse. Breakfast is included and there is a wide range of cold or hot meal options; there is a kettle in the room with tea bag’s and coffee packs with sugar and UHT milk made it easy to have a hot drink in your room early morning or in the evening.
