Despite its age (very 90s decor), the room was very clean; even the carpet, which, unlike US hotels, didn't leave the soles of your feet grey with grime after walking around barefoot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room faced major intersection (well, major by Swiss standards) so there was some traffic noise throughout the night, but not disruptive.

I had to book another hotel in the middle of the night. That was very disappointing for me, because I expected the hotel to contact me, respectively offer me an option to access my room.
