We stayed at the Brenner for a week recently , using it as a base to visit our son and his partner . The location is perfect , not too far from the autobahn, City Centre and the tram stop at Sieker Mitte being a couple of hundred metres away. We found the hotel to be very clean and well presented with friendly and very efficient staff who made our stay such an enjoyable one. The Restraunt is very good too, breakfast offers the usual Continental array of choices . The rooms are very spacious , we stayed in a quad and there was plenty of space for the three of us. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a good solid base to start and end your day .

I always stay at the Brenner Hotel, it's an exceptional place. Only problem with this stay was, the restaurant was closed.

It's a handy hotel. Has everything I need for staying in Bielefeld. Has friendly staff who speak very good English. Has a bar, restaurant and is close to public transport (if you need it).

I choose to stay at Brenner Hotel because the staff are friendly and speak good English. Also, it has all the facilities that I require (i.e. Restruant and Bar). Plus it is close to the city centre.

RENNER HOTEL
I prefer this hotel to others. I have been using it for years. It has everything I need when I visit Bielefeld. Bar, restaurant and wi-fi, but most of all it has friendly staff. Plus, their English is a lot better than my German.

Very friendly staff, nice clean comfortable rooms and very nice breakfast with plenty of choices. I have only 2 small niggles, there was no coffee in the room just a single earl grey teabag, and at breakfast the glasses for the juice were very, very small meaning many trips to the carafes. These are very minor issues and overall i would definitely recommend this hotel. My 4 day stay was very enjoyable and i would certainly use it again.

Not a business hotel
Did not meet my expectations as a business traveler. Not able to control the temperature in my room. No sheet on bed; just a single comforter. I inadvertently left some luggage at the hotel and they were absolutely no help in forwarding it to my next destination. I’ll be back to Bielefeld on business but will not stay here again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your rating. We can not understand the lack of heating control. Each heating in our rooms can be adjusted with a regulator. An additional upper bed we would like to have made available to you. We have kept the suitcase forgotten by you in accordance with regulations. A forwarding of luggage we can not afford.

Hotel half redecorated, lift still had all building equipment inside, family room on the top floor no air con only a fan and room was 40 degrees +, not all bad but not great.

BRENNER HOTEL
The rooms are comfortable and the facilities good. The hotel has it's own restaurant and bar, so you don't have to go looking. Staff are friendly and helpful and their English is a lot better than my German. This is the place I always stay when I visit Lippstadt/Bielefeld.

The hotel was better then expected, nice, spacious and clean and plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and welcoming. When I ask the recipient about extending checkout time, even though the hotel was fully booked but she was kind enough to extend to 12pm without any charge. Thank You. This would be my first choice for my next visit.

I had a great holiday, apart from the rain. The Brenner Hotel was very good value for money, ideally located for public transport links to the Stadt. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfasts were plentiful and good value.

was vising family, so this hotel was central to our needs. very clean hotel, breakfast costs extra, but had everything you would need. no inroom tea making facilities which us british people like. could do with more firmer pillows, far too soft.

Good for an Overnight Stay
We stayed here as a place to rest our heads while en-route to Cologne. It proved to be good for that purpose. The top floor family room was quite hot though...which was my only issue. Everything else...including the breakfast...was quite good!

Fairly centrally located Hotel
Bus Stop right outside the Hotel, tram Stop just across the road,both getting you within mins to the old town. Hotel has it's own carpark. We used their Kegelbahn (Bowling Alley German Style) and didn't even have to book it. The price was only 6.00 Euros an hour. Breakfast (8.00 Euro pppd) was brilliant, typical German Style,but also catering for British taste buds (Bacon sausages and scrambled eggs). Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay, we were made to feel at home and welcome. Free WiFi.
