"The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a very nice bed and cozy comforters. I especially enjoyed being able to open the windows and listen to the music from town in the evening, and later in the night, the sound of the river was lovely.
One unusual design feature is the shower. If the handheld wand is left facing outward, it is the first thing that turns on when you start the shower, which can result in water spraying all over the bathroom. It would make more sense for the rain shower to come on first, with the handheld wand as the secondary option. As it is, if housekeeping leaves the wand facing outward, you may get an unexpected shower before you get in!
A few things to know about parking: parking at the hotel is not free if you book through a third-party site, and spaces are limited. There is a larger parking lot about an eight-minute walk from the hotel where you can park for €10 per night. You can drive up to the hotel to check in and unload your luggage, but you will then need to move your car to another parking area.
Also, be aware of the traffic restrictions in the center of Moena. If you arrive between 5:00–7:00 p.m. or 9:00–10:30 p.m., do not drive into the center of town without first checking with a police officer and getting permission. Otherwise, you may be fined.
Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location made it especially nice to experience the evening atmosphere."
