빅 베어 시티 모텔

“The property was clean and close to all the amenities of Big Bear Lake. The bed was not on a bed frame and the mattress was warned out. It felt like I was sleeping in a canoe. There was no dresser nor closet to put clothes. I had to live out of a suitcase. I will not recommend this place to family nor friends.”

“근처에 호수가 있어서 매일 산책하기 좋았읍니다 나무 다리도 있고 낙시터도 있어서 매우 좋았읍니다”

“내가 예약한 방(2 queen bed room)과 전혀 다른방(1 queen and 장애인지원방)을 배정해주었고, 사과조차없었음. 위생이 의심이 되는 간이 침대를가져다주며, 똑같은것이라고 주장함. 몹시 불쾌했음. 침구류 위생상태 매우불량함. Never book here!”

“DO not go here. They harbor an older crazy guy who harasses others who stay there, who stays long term. Will not kick him out for harassing me with tasers in middle of the night twice within a 3 day period. SO much more happened too. AM filing lawsuits against them for negligence, assault and harassment.”

“It is a spacious cabin with a functional kitchen. The cabin is located in a good spot and is close to restaurants etc. The amenities were good. Close to the lake the area around the cabins is nice. Parking was easy and allocated to each cabin. The rooms smelled musty which was off putting and overall the cabin was not particularly clean. The furniture is dated and some were falling apart. You have to lug your luggage from the parking area. There is no one to greet you or show you around as you...

“Everything was PERFECT. This was the best getaway from the city that I needed to stargaze. Every one on site was so welcoming and friendly, the fire stays on pretty late, and the hammocks were amazing. Our room was immaculate and the A/C was on when we got there and much appreciated! The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom has all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) that smell clean and fresh. If you’ve ever thought about staying here, please do. I can’t wait to go...

“New renovated room.”

“The Lodge was walking distance to the event, so very convenient for us. Cute cabin feel but unfortunately the jacuzzi was down which we were looking forward to,”
