“Everyone at the hotel Marina Riviera were so wonderful. Always there to help and make our experience memorable. Shoutout to Rosie who was so helpful before we even arrived to the hotel! The property itself is very charming and for a smaller property, they do a great job squeezing in as many amenities as possible. Great stay!”

“Very pleasant staff, fresh cookies, showed us around the property and explained everything. Room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely staying here again”

“The front desk announced at our Check in the AC would not be working during our stay. They offered a LOUD fan, it didn’t help it was extremely hot in the room. The curtain was ripped, the patio door screen was defective, the door locked didn’t work, the safe didn’t work, I couldn’t find a USB port to charge my device, etc. The restaurant isn’t part of the hotel, expect to wait 40 minutes for a breakfast, I would definitely not come back to this outdated property.”

“No staff on site. Online check in only. Very weak internet reception at the property, so it was hard to check in online. Apparently the previous guests didn't check out properly, so I had to call to finish the check in process”

“The room was not clean, the sheets and bed spread appeared very dirty. There were wires hanging everywhere and the outlet covers missing and or broken. WiFi was worthless and t he “premium” channels are whatever streaming appts you log your own info to. When we showed the bedspread to the maid she said it was stained from the red bed skirt and was clean. Someone else’s food was left in the freezer as well.”
