"The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. "We traveled with 2 other couples and had a lovely experience at Tropical Suites. Everyone from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff was pleasant and helpful. We ate in the on-site restaurant for several meals and the food was always tasty no matter the selection or time. Our room had a kitchen area and was a good size. They left complimentary champagne as a welcome gift. We travel to Bocas at least once a year if not more. This was our first stay here and we will absolutely be back. The hotel is centrally located steps away from the boat docks, shopping and cute cafes."

"I absolutely loved it here! I stayed 3 nights with my husband and the only regret we had was not upgrading to the king suite. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The restaurant and deck were amazing. The food…let’s have a moment of silence for how incredible the food was. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was really a great deal because everything on the menu was exceptional. The drinks were also phenomenal. Even if you don’t stay here go to the restaurant. There were also daily activities organized by the hotel, like yoga, paddle boarding and a pub crawl. Most nights had live entertainment. I highly recommend this place. I will most certainly stay again."
