“We booked thru Expedia, the ac in our suite did not work, room was 78 entire night, when called the staff, was told they could bring us a fan. Upon checkout, realized we were charged twice for room and clerk would not give me a receipt, stated that I had to get from Expedia and also wait 5 business days for my overcharge. When asked about a rate adjustment for no ac in a king suite, I was told they could not do that. Horrible and rude staff, will not ever stay again.”
