“Don’t stay here if you need to sleep. The walls are paper thin and the staff does nothing to ensure quiet hours. The dozen kids running up and down our hall until 12:30am seemed to have had a great time, though.”

“I chose Travelodge Sydney through Hotels.com because I wanted to use the swimming pool and enjoy the breakfast service. The notice on the Hotels.com website stated that both amenities were available. However, when I arrived at Travelodge Sydney today, I found that the swimming pool was closed, and breakfast was provided in a bag instead of the expected service. Hotels.com should be held responsible for ruining my trip.”

“No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me.”

“First room they put me in the TV was broken and the lights didn’t work. Second room had a chemotherapy cap left in the bed, I guess from the previous stay. My company books these trips so I’ll likely request not to stay here again.”
