“The main issue was a failing hvac system. Our room was consistently over 80degrees, even when the temperature was in the low seventies. The staff was sympathetic but failed to offer any solutions and my request to communicate with the owner was not addressed. My email to the manager was not returned. For a hotel that advertises air conditioning and is quite expensive I was extremely disappointed.”

“We stayed in the Studio apartment in the carriage house, it is spacious and well appointed. The decor is eclectic in a fun kind of way. The location is central in Mahone Bay, would definitely come back.”
