"The ocean view is worth the stay alone, such a beautiful place and great location. The kitchen is perfect and well stocked for stuff you may need. I will stay here again, and recommend it to friends and others."
"The lobby and restaurant were lovely and took advantage of the spectacular view. The beds and linens were wonderful as well as bathroom amenities. There was a loofa scrub, bath salts, black face clothes to remove makeup and much more.
One hitch was noise from the hallway. In the middle of the night, while wearing ear plugs, I was awaken by a beeping noise coming from the hall, third floor. I have no idea what it was, it continued for more than half an hour, so I am sure it wasn’t just a person walking by with an alarm going off. I looked through the peephole and no one was there. I didn’t want to wake myself up further by investing it or phoning the front desk. I eventually got back to sleep. The maids were great, but did talk too loud with guests in the hallway in the morning.
There is a sloped walkway down towards the beach, but it is mainly a gazing beach- tremendous views for most of the lower tide cycle due to the gentle slope of the sand."
"What a lovely little mountain oasis! Very clean, spectacular view especially at sunrise! Emphasis is on sleep and relaxation - quiet hours from 10 PM-9AM. Bring a few groceries and make use of the kitchenette for dinner and breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Need to walk a long staircase to get to the rooms, but then very easy to move around. Saw our hostess once very briefly and she was lovely. A bit of an adventure getting up the mountain and down the driveway, but well worth it, even just for the night!"
"Room clean, bedding great, liked the little dove soaps etc in the bathroom. Free safe parking
Free breakfast ok but we have had much better. Didn't like it closed off during rest of the day , not like the two other hotels we stayed where always fresh coffee or tea, or water dispenser , the area was friendly ,nice & quiet on the boardwalks by the water .."
