The property is clearly advertised as having doors that open from the lounge to the outside sea front. On arriving at the property I found the doors from the lounge locked and no key available to unlock them. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."
