"The bed was very comfortable. The pillow was a little too soft for my liking. However, I did not try to change it so that was down to me.
Breakfast was a buffet style with a very large choice of dishes and beverages. I was impressed with the wide variety of foods available and their presentation."

This year on our return to UK from our trip to Europe we chose this hotel again and our experience again was lovely. "The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, the carpets are plush and clean, the bathroom was large, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff were welcoming and spoke a variety of languages fluently. The bartender, Folios, gave us lots of suggestions for food and places to go. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Brussels Midi station, which is very convenient. However, the area where the hotel is located is very dirty and unsafe at night. We never had any issues with being accosted or harassed, and did notice a strong police presence in the train station, which was comforting. We only traveled around the area between 8am-7pm. We didn't feel comfortable traveling later than that. We have always had good experiences staying at Radisson properties, so it's a shame that such a nice hotel is stuck in a lousy area."
