It was very nice hotel to stay for short duration. Breakfast was included and it was quite ok. Free parking lot was spacious so I liked it.

숙소가 작지만 무료 열차티켓도 주고 주차도 무료 입니다. 시내까지 5코스 면 가요. 딱 잠만 자긴 뭐 소소 합니다요.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal und stets wurde großer Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Die Zimmer waren zwar nicht das unbedingt das modernste Design, aber sehr gut ausgestattet (Kaffeeautomat, pro Tag zwei Getränke) und durchaus konnte man es dort gut aushalten. Die Tramhaltestelle lag direkt vor der Tür.

La nostra esperienza come Famiglia stato bene. La colazione un po scarso di dolci come qualche tipo di torta ma il resto bene. Servicio accettabile. Vorrei la prossima volta un avviso di il arrivo dopo fuori il servizio di reception... il vostro sistema delle bustine va benissimo ma con un previo email che raccontasse la dinamica, avrebbe servito tantissimo in il buio della notte. Comunque tutto bene grazie mille per il vostro servizio alberghiero.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage direkt neben der Tramhaltestelle praktischt. Die Preis-Leistung stimmt grundsätzlich, die Einrichtung ist aber nicht mehr so in einem guten Zusand. Die Lüftüng im Badezimmer war sehr laut und lies sich nicht manuell ausschalten, das Fenster konnte nur sehr müsam geschlossen werden, das Bettgestell knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Gestörrt hat mich, dass die Badetücher täglich gewechselt wurden, obwohl ich sie aufgehängt hatte und das Fenster offen gelassen wurde vom Reinigungspersonal während dem die Heizung aufgedreht war - dies ist überhaupt nicht umweltfreundlich.

Schönes Zimmer mit grossem Balkon
Sauberes gemütliches Zimmer mit verhältnismässig grossem Balkon, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Einzig die Lärmisolation würde ich etwas bemängeln, ansonsten alles top. Durfte sogar ein late Check Out machen ohne Aufpreis, vielen Dank.

We liked our stay in Alfa hotel. A very sweet lady at the reception - much appreciated! The room was in good condition, nothing special but exactly like described on the website. We got free tickets for public transport, which came in handy to visit Basel. The tram stop is also in front of the hotel. Only negative point was that there were not enough parking spots.

No air conditioning and no screens on the windows when we opened them up to cool down lots of flies got in the room. The safe didn't work and we had to get it reset just to stop beeping, the keys stopped working each day. We attempted to get a refund to switch hotels after the first night but they were not amenable.

Overall a very nice hotel - ideal as walking distance to the tennis. Pros : The rooms are decorated in a business style, great English TV channels (which is rare), warm duvets, safes that work & staff are helpful, good euro b'fast so some real pros with trams,Trattoria & coffee shops nearby. Cons: Pillows look great but are pretty useless, bathrooms need an upgrade, as the hotel no longer offers dinner a small fridge should be installed in each room - cheap to run & would be ideal for water/ snacks etc.. should offer luggage store after checkout. Overall really happy with stay but if the cons were reduced it would get 5 stars !

It is conveniently located. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The price was excellent. I would have preferred a little more variety in the breakfast offerings, which were satisfactory. Also, the towels were not of good quality. For the price, it was an excellent choice, and I would go there again.

Meu marido saiu para buscar algo no carro sem o cartão do quarto, pois nos deram somente um, e ao retornar, tocou o interfone da recepção, mas não lembrava qual era o número do nosso quarto (mas obviamente tinha todos os nossos dados para confirmar que era hóspede mesmo), a recepção desligou o interfone na cara dele e deixou ele lá na frente. De resto, a cama era desconfortável e o quarto bem quente.

De foto’s komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid.
Enigszins teleurstellend. De foto’s van de kamers komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Omdat er een eenpersoons laken op een tweepersoonsbed aanwezig was. De kamer aan de voorzijde ligt aan een rumoerige drukke straat. Badkamer deur sloot niet en viel open omdat deze slecht was afgehangen. Ligging is prima wanneer je op doorreis bent. Bed is redelijk. Redelijk ontbijt.

Overnight stop
No aircon, we were so hot, had to open window which meant it was so noisy as its on the main road. Bed was way too soft. Staff really lovely and helpful. Really great to be right next to the tram stop for easy of travel

Abgesehen von der unvorteilhaften Organisation der Rezeption, den entschädigenden Umbuchungen und der Sauberkeit in der Suite war der Aufenthalt nicht schlecht. Das ÖV Ticket für ganz Basel war sehr gut!
