“I booked two family rooms for our stay, but the overall experience did not match the price. One of our rooms did not have a phone to order room service, and we were provided with insufficient towels and no face towels. Having visited several other countries, I have received much better service and amenities for this exact same price point. The cost simply does not match the level of room amenities provided. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the breakfast, which included a great selection of...

“I book this hotel because of the room photos and reviews. I'm not sure where the reviews came from but this hotel was not at all what was listed the rooms were run down. The bathroom has tooth paste on the mirror the tub/shower had soap wrapper in the drain. The balcony didn't have a city view at all. I didn't feel safe staying at this location. So don't be fooled like I was the airport shuttle didn't exist and the hotel never answered the phone”
