Brief stay in Pau

Overall, a pleasant stay, just a shame the bar/restaurant is closed on a Sunday evening. Room was small, but well equipped and quiet. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good

The hotel was too isolated with very limited access to public transport or taxis (e.g. to restaurants or the airport). I arrived relatively late (10.30 pm) and my room key was available - but at a neighbouring hotel. In my two nights stay, i failed to understand where check-in or check-out actually was for the Campanile! Breakfast was fine, though. The room was clean and adequate for my needs.

Campanile révèlent réformé. Ça rit plaisir de ne pas avoir de moisissures dans la baignoires comme dans d'autres établissements de cette enseigne. Là c'est douche à l'italienne, tout propre, tout beau. Bravo.

Très bonne accueil général, chambre agréable et propre, parking fermé et petit déjeuné parfait. Le seul PROBLEME est ; - L'impact d'un pigeon en fin de journée qui heurtes la paroi vitrée qui reflète le ciel, impressionnant et triste surtout que ce n'est pas la première fois et qu'il y a des possibilités matériels afin d'éviter la mort de plusieurs volatiles. Prévenez moi si vous comptez faire les travaux qui règlerais ce problème car avoir un pigeon mort devant la porte de la chambre la tête ensanglantée ce n'était pas agréable du tout.

très difficile de trouvers des hôtels à l'improviste dans la région. parking tranquille, quartier tranquille. restauration à 5mn. petit déjeuner : RAS. j'ai le principal : un bon lit, un bon bureau au calme pour travailler, et un bon petit dej.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et je dois dire que les installations étaient excellentes. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Cependant, l'expérience a été quelque peu ternie par le comportement du personnel. Malheureusement, je les ai trouvés peu accueillants et pas du tout arrangeants. À chaque demande, même les plus simples. Venant dans le cadre d'une compétition sportive, notre demande était seulement de pouvoir prendre de quoi déjeuner sans s’installer 30' avant l'ouverture complète du restaurant. Un geste de leur part alors que nous avions réservé une chambre supplémentaire non remboursable aurait été apprécié. C'est dommage car l'hôtel lui-même a beaucoup de potentiel. Un meilleur accueil et une attitude plus serviable du personnel auraient transformé mon séjour en une expérience parfaite. J'espère que la direction prendra en compte ces remarques pour améliorer l'expérience client à l'avenir.

Tres froid

J'ai eu tres froid. L'air passe en-dessous de la porte. Le chauffage est diminué voir arreté dans la journee ce qui fait que lorsqu'on rentte le soir, il fait tres froid. Le chauffage est tres bruyant donc il faut le lettre au mini pour reduire le bruit mais ca ne chauffe pas.
