Located right on the beach. Had lovely amenities. Great staff. Only complaint would be no ac in kitchen area of unit so it was very hot and humid.

Overall good but reception poor.

Overall the experience was good. We had an ocean view and the outlook was beautiful. The breakfast service was brilliant, and whilst the choice was not huge, the eggs were to die for. My biggest constructive feedback is the lack of reception from the front desk each time we entered and exited the building, a smile m, warm welcome or hello goes a long way. Furthermore, we did ask for a 12 check out in lieu of 11 and were met with a flat no as told room service needed to do the room, no one made the room up before 12 as we waited by the pool. We were not suprised with this response from the sour face that was the receptionist. Probably my first negative review in a long time so I hope the issue is addressed for future reference.

Sehr schön am Strand gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Blick auf den Morne Brabant. Der Pool ist winzig und nicht tief. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Abendessen besteht aus einem 3 Gänge Menü und war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Leider war das Brot 2 x leer und würde auch auf Nachfrage nicht mehr angeboten. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe, wir mussten immer lange nach einem Parkplatz suchen, weil die wenigen Plätze für die Anzahl der Autos nicht ausreichen.

Ligger fantastisk bra vid stranden med solsängar och fåtöljer, och sittpuffar. Maten var bra. Men skicket på hotellet var inte bra. Slitet och stort behov av upprustning. Poolen badar man inte i,Vi stannade 3 dagar och under den tiden såg vi ingen i poolen. Städningen var inte bra. Vår toalett såg ut som en offentlig toalett, Det var inte riktigt rent på rummet när vi checkade in. Men om man inte har problem med lite sand mellan tårna så är det helt okej Baren kändes som att den tillhörde personalen mer än gästerna, Nya dynor till solsängarna men inga alls till fåtöljerna Det var nära till litet köpcentrum det var väldigt bra. Det fanns mycket personal på hotellet och det kändes väldigt säkert. Tag med bad skor. Det är mycket koraller på denna ö

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette hôtel , la vue mer depuis notre chambre était juste magnifique, manger au bord de l’eau avec la musique du guitariste est tellement agréable. Petit déjeuner bon mais pas assez variés pareil pour le dîner au début du séjour nous étions servi à l’assiette c’était bon et à la fin c’était que des buffet pas assez variés toujours la même chose… Par contre je te tiens à souligner le magnifique buffet pour le réveillon de Noël !

Excellent séjour, très bel hotel, familial avec un cadre magnifique, propice à la détente et au farniente. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très pro. Le restaurant est bien, voir très bien. Mention spéciale aux cocktails servis, le cocktail Malbaraise est un "must-try", un vrai délice concocté maison par le chef barman, je le reconseille!! :)

Séjour d affaires aux petits soins.

Hôtel à taille humaine , j étais pour un séjour d affaires et chaque soir on avait le sentiment de "rentrer chez soi". Le personnel identifie bien ses clients, les nombres de chambre, la raison du voyage et ils sont intentionnés. Merci à Patrick de l accueil, hyper réactif sur toutes les demandes et ouvert a parler sur tout type de sujet. Merci Tania en restauration qui venait nous voir pour demander comment était la journée et apporter nos boissons d habitude. Un séjour au top!

Un super sejour

Super hôtel avec un magnifique jardin et très belle plage. Les chambre sont récente et lumineuse. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et le recommandons a tout couple souhaitant séjournez sur l’île!
