"First thing i have to say is, the Staff was INCREDIBLE. They were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. As for the hotel itself? Garbage. Our first room, the AC didn't work and it was high 80°F to mid 90°F the entire trip. The bathroom had a large tub with NO kind of shower curtain so water got all over the place. "This hotel is in the middle of tourist area. There's nothing but hotels and tourist bars and shops. And of course the wonderful beach and sea. The hotel itself is okay, not great. I found the interiors to be not so cozy but more a bit clinical, but with comfy couches and chairs. The staff seemed to be young with different level of quality in English. We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!!
And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request.

"The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."
