"The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent.
The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "
