"Some guy who refused to give his name, supposedly its Mark when we got hotels.com involved, and acted like he was a manager of some sort was a complete low-life jack-wagon. He refused to honor commitments for housekeeping, got very judgemental when i said there were problems with the room after a juvenile stare down because he needed his to swing lower. And the room was not clean. I get its a "mature hotel", but clean it the right way. Its ovbious that since our last stay the hotel has aged 20 years in the space of 4 years. Back to Mark.... Honestly that SOB had the WORST hospitality demeanor ive ever encountered. He then proceeded to talk down to my wife, call me a liar behind my back, then canceled the rest of our reservation with out our knowledge. When i heard how poorly he treated my wife, i was halfway down the hall to cave in his ugly face with my heel.
The breakfast was tasty, but meager portions. Again, not like our last stay. The night front desk person was very nice when we checked in. Mark is a terrible "manager" and i will never recommend this hotel.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE. They dont care about you, only your money. Mark needs to be fired with extreme prejudice."
