Upon arrival the hotel did not have our resignations and we’re looking for rooms for us to stay in. These went from see view as booked to back of the hotel with a view of nothing. The rooms are very dated, have a musty smell to them and are unclean. The girl on reception was rude and not much helpful however was quick to take payment.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ruined my family holiday. The rooms was wrong. Staff had an horrific attitude. Toilet would not flush. Do not stay here!

Booked a family room for 2 adults and 1 child this was called a quadruple room, and i booked this as a sea view room, and lift in the hotel, upon arriving i was given my key to a 2nd floor room, lift broken im 37 weeks pregnant with SPD so caused difficulty, went to look at the sea view to find a wall with metal ladders up it, no sea view, my partner was told its expedias fault and they done it multiple times that they sold sea view rooms without them being available.. uncomfortable room for price, bedside lamp bolted to the bedside table and when i turned it off before going to sleep it set alarms off in the room 😳 .. not ideal to share a room with multiple people as can only flush the toilet once every so often, it turned into abit of a joke afterwards how bad it was, only thing good was the location, but definitely scammed out of the sea view room

bed was dirty - had to flip the sheet and shake out dirt - and terribly uncomfortable. trash can was full, and room smelled of cigarette smoke. close to restaurants and the beach were good points!

oh dear very dated

dated hotel in need of refurb beds not comfy shower poor floods the floor have a lift whuch got turned off because people used it baffling room had great view of sea but that was it

Totally disgusting and dirty. Wouldn’r want my dog to stay there. Got a refund without even unpacking and found somewhere else to stay. Avoid at all costs. Double bed was a 3/4. Shower was full of hair and carpets what had never been hoovered since 1944

Needs a good clean...decor shocking...carpets threadbare...pillows stained.bathroom rotton....bar is a sight.. .warm cans of beer ( no draft ) cash only....but they have no change !! Staff scuffy and unfriendly...if we hadnt had a drink ...would of drove home !!

Only was for one night , Bed not comfy only had thin sheets , Neighbours noisey all time through sexual activity 🙄 . Had to end up knocking on there door tell them keep it down as i had my 14 year old with me .Host seemed like she couldnt be bothered with you.Didnt get shown our room or anything .wi fi wasnt good at all . Good sea front view tho

Not the best start- on arrival reception lady was rejecting a chaps request for a refund due to a mouldy unclean room- told him she wasn’t authorised to give a refund and gave him keys for another room. Onto our check in- I’d booked a sea view twin for my son and I (first of all she couldn’t find our booking) parking was really full outside the hotel although free parking advertised- I’d also read reviews that people can’t get out the next day until 10.30 which was too late for us as we had plans - so asked the question (rather than having the info offered) and decided to pay for a nearby car park instead rather than squeeze in and get stuck. On inspection to our room- first of all it was neither a twin or a sea view (a double on the top floor looking towards a bunch of roof tops) but more importantly the bathroom was rank-hairs on the window sill and clearly a not cleaned toilet. The kettle had a sticky top and the taps on the sink didn’t look the cleanest. The only reason I stayed was on checking the bed the sheets were clean and I had gone for a nice weekend with my young son but didn’t want to have the hassle of kicking off in front of him or moving rooms like I’d heard was the only offer. We literally used the room for storage- leaving our bags in there, going out until bedtime and then leaving first thing in the am as there was no way I was going to risk breakfast there too. Others have commented on the smell around the place- I noticed this too.

Needs a total redecorating and beds. Ave been well looks like the cats have been at them with there claws all ripped floor slopes shower did no use the room above there shower was coming through the ceiling into our shower not good
