Room was lovely. Very clean and very friendly staff. Perfect location for seeing the bigger Blackpool illuminations lights at the north end of Blackpool and still close to the trams for going into the town centre.

Stay with my family for the night. And hotel was lovely. Rooms were clean, bed comfy. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend.

The Woodleigh was a very nice find for us. It is small and was ideal for our one night stay in Blackpool. Our room, on the first floor was small, with a comfortable double bed and the en-suite bathrooom, although small, was spotlessly clean. Parking outside is hit and miss, but we were lucky and were able to park right outside. While we were there, the proprietor was unable to provide a breakfast, cooked on the premises because the facilities had not been finished yet. It was not a problem for us because the hotel is a very short walk to the front of Blackpool promenade with its public transport connections to either Blackpool or Fleetwood. If we ever need an overnight B&B in Blackpool again, I would have no hesitation in staying at the Woodleigh again. Very pleasantly surprised.
