“The hotel was ok you had to take your rubbish out yourself and give it to staff but there are snow staff around to give rubbish so had take rubbish out of hotel and put it in the bin myself don't think that suitable to be a hotel if you have a take your rubbish out yourself ”

“Very warm welcome from a great host. It was really clean, well kept and warm (when was cold outside). Calm, relaxed haven. Had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The reception experience was not good. It was advertised as bed and breakfast but when I got there, I was told that I had to pay extra for the breakfast and never saw anyone to cook the breakfast if I wanted one.”

“The room was NOT clean. We had to move the bed from the wall & behind it was wrappers & dust. I did take a photo but can’t upload it. The staff didn’t turn up til mid morning. The bed was old & uncomfy. It stated “sea view” All I could see was the wall of the house behind. We will NOT be returning !!”

“Good central location. Basic room and ensuite but OK for the amount of time spent in the room. No breakfast being served whilst we were there but no big in convenience”

“Very noisey had a bad nights sleep and overslept so lost £35 out of the fifty pound breakage deposit. The £50 deposit also wasnt mentioned until after the room was booked and paid for. No parking available at the hotel. The shower was just a drip either freezing or to hot. We wouldnt stay here again.”

“We stayed in room 3. The floor was on a slope, so the bed was too. The bathroom door doesn't close, the shower tray fills but not empty very quickly so you have to turn it on and off to stop flooding of the floor. Towels weren't clean. We paid £10 for parking in a different road. The spare bed was behind the door so we would have struggled to get out in an emergency. Upstairs drains and sewage pump was cutting in and out through the night. Overall, we would not stay again. Im also not sure what...
