The house was clean. The staff attended to every query promptly. It’s family friendly. Accommodated my large family and the kids loved it .The pubs nearby were quite noisy at night. But overall it was nice for my family and we liked the apartments.

Clean, large apartment all to ourselves and good location for what we needed. Access etc and pre arrangements all went without a hitch

Looks good in the photos and at a glance, and it'd do fine for a messy weekend or a group of adults. For a family, it's a no. It's not the cleanest, fine on the surface, but it doesn't take any digging to find the grime, and the freezer was iced up so badly I had to defrost it myself. The decor is tired and dishevelled compared to how it's presented in the listing, with patchy, marked walls throughout. The bath shower and the electric bathroom mirror are both broken. The bigger issue for anyone with kids: one way in and out, with bedrooms spread across the upper floors, and smoke alarms hanging off. If the stairs caught, there's no obvious second way out, worth thinking about before booking with little ones. Wouldn't stay again.
